Just when you think you have a pretty good graps on things, something always tends to come along and stir things up. For me, this was someone who entered into my life just when I had things in what I thought was a pretty good order. Needless to say, I didn’t expect her to turn my world upside down.(in a good way) But, all good things must come to an end. So, now I’m at a point where I find myself looking at my life and trying to figure out a way to put everything back together again. Somtimes, people are just meant to be friends. That’s all I’ll say.
With all of that just said, you can imagine that things have not been the same for the past few months. This is quite apparent by not only the lack of work on this site but also the lack of comic goodness at i/o Comics. These are things I hope to rectify as soon as possible.
Although I wil have to say one thing. I have never been one to openly share my feelings with another person, especially friends. If something is bothering me, I tend to just bury it and deal with it on my own. However, when I was really bummed out this past Friday, a lot of people at work stopped me and asked if I was alright because I didn’t look like myself. No one pried as to what was wrong, and all of them offered their help if it would make things better. In times like that, it’s really comforting to know that you have really good friends where you least expect them.
